Last Thursday, we had Purple 101, an event to raise awareness for the upcoming Relay for life event in April. We spent Wednesday decorating the whole Cosgrave building(which is where the cafeteria is) in Purple. We even built a Purple snowman outside and decked the statue of St Aloysius in purple(a purple scarf and hat)! haha....Monday, we all had a tie-dying night to tie-dye our shirts purple for this event. We were going to iron on our names and a slogan on the shirts but by accident, our president forgot to mirror image the words so when we ironed them on the shirts it came up backwards. Well..we went along with it anyway since she went to all the trouble of printing them.
And this is the new addition to my family! Meet Rusty!! He's only 6 weeks old but I've heard he's already a handful:)
